According to the supplier of the Marine Algae Extract tests have shown its capacity to stimulate the cells and increase collagen synthesis.
The Algae is grown in Italy in an eco-facility, thus guaranteeing the purity of the algae and ensuring it has no adverse effects on the oceans.
When storing your cream, it is recommended to keep it out of the sun in a cool place, you can store it in the fridge to make a very refreshing cream.

Hyaluronic Acid
Also known as “The Fountain of Youth” added to creams for its skin rejuvenating properties. Hyaluronic acid is one of the main components of the skin, with ageing the skin can lose Hyaluronic Acid causing the skin to lose volume and wrinkles to form.
Hyaluronic Acid has the ability to bind water and can intensely hydrate the skin. It can absorb over 600 times its own weight in water, making it very beneficial in hydrating the skin, increasing smoothness, softness and reduction of wrinkles.
The hyaluronic acid used in Essential Creams comes from a reputable supplier and has good Eco credentials and is Soil Association approved.

Pseudo Collagen
The appearance of the skin relates directly to its ability to bind water, with aging collagen and elastin are reduced in the tissues. Pseudo Collagen mimics the action of collagen and increases the skins elasticity, makes the skin more resilient and has an excellent moisturising affect on the skin.
This Pseudo Collagen has been extracted from the intra-cellular matrix from yeast cells in a water-soluble “Pseudo collagenous” form which is suitable for use in cosmetics.
The moisturising extract is a complex of sugars and proteins. The supplier of the Pseudo Collagen has ensured that neither GM crops or animals are used in its production.
